According to your rep you were already a member at both sites(plus STmusic). A clarification would be appreciated.

If you lost your What account due to inactivity(or some other reason) you aren't allowed another by invite ever.

Yes I was there one year ago but as you can see I wasn't active at all and I lost 95% of my account due inactivity, but I changed country of living ( moved to different coutry ) so it is impossible for them to know was I there or not.
Anyway, thank for reading this :)

If you lost your account to inactivity why not just go to their IRC to be re-enabled? Less work than hunting down a new invite
