i signed up to this italian tracker but i dont see any browse torrents option, just profile and mailbox.
it also sais my class is: validating.

any idea?

I would guess they have a script in place that does not let you see any thing there till a member of staff grants the account fully open.
Give it a while for staff to check if no joy I would say you are not welcome there for some reason
