Accounts are not easy to request as it is not good to give any account away for various reasons-no1 is that most sites do not allow it, not sure on these 2! Snowtigers have no invite system i believe so you have to get a account if you want that or get lucky and hope they open registrations. Which they do from time to time.

Should give some kind of reason why you want the site you are requesting.

For ethor, you can req a invite, think invite are open atm, need confirmation..
But for snow, the better way, its wait for a open signup.
