start port : 6891
end port : 6901
server ip addy: 192.168.0.2
service name : msn

this is how i have setup my router and it allows me to transfer files and use the voip features in msn.

the only thing you will need to change will be the server ip addy which you should be able to get by typing ipconfig /all at a command prompt. it will be called ip adress in the list it makes.

hope that helped.

:rtfm: :D

if it does not give you the option then it will probably allow both.

TCP (IP-Protokoll=6) or UDP (IP-Protokoll=17)
or boght???

is this from your router menu because it looks like the options you want.
