Simple answer is no. I gave some accounts (buffered) away ages ago, but have not done so since. I have only trackers that I really want.

Giving them away before was to help newbies by starting them off with a decent buffer (most of the accounts were open signup or easy to get into), but I see now how much its frowned upon.

I do not like cheaters or people who disrespect their sites and site rules. The OP of the giveaways should be told of potential risks. Even though a giveaway itself is a risk. Is The choice the Op makes but with the 2 account rules, it is easy to trick new members. Whether they deserve it or not. it is still foul. Some i will not help. Giving buffered accounts to strangers is a form of trading randall....
