Im behind a firewall and im setting it up.. it says if you are behind a firewall you need to specify ports for downloading. defaulted it is 10240 to 20480. anyone kow what I should do? Thanks.

Piolet is adware. Some even consider it spyware. Just so you know. ;)

That might be because through the EULA you&#39;re accepting the adware.

that wouldn&#39;t stop those apps from finding it....
they find the components of several programs, whether you accept it or not.
AFAIK, spybot & adaware don&#39;t know how spyware gets on your PC, it just detects their presence, which is the
reason for the warnings they both have, to the effect of "removing certain components may cause
applications to not work, or lose some functionality".

Not that I disbelieve you, or that site, cause if it contains spyware, I want to be rid of it...but that site
doesn&#39;t say what spyware it claims to contain.

The problem might also be the thin line between adware & spyware. I&#39;m thinking the spyware found in piolet is judged as adware by AAW6 & SSD therefore not detected.
