computer time/codec question

computer time question

i currently have the 24 hour time setting,so instead of seeing 04:00 i see 16:00

is it possible to change it to the 12 hours time setting ?

codec question

i currently have k-lite mega codec pack and quicktime alternative installed on my computer

am i ok to watch every kind of video out there ?,do i need to install any other codec ?

No definitely not every kind of video.
Maybe every kind that you may ever come across.
Don't worry about it until you actually come across something that you can't watch.

You'll probably be able to play most things, but I also recommend VLC. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
