well, yes but look at the bandwidth part:

OVH to Internet is only 100Mbps

So it is basically a 1000/100Mbps connection

I have this one, and its insane if there is many ovh boxs on the tracker your useing, seen it hit 55mb/s up and 62mb/s down :)

If you use some known private trackers although will be able to see at least 15 mb/s up as many users as uxen stated before, use ovh's boxes!
