My ratio is 0, I haven't downloaded anything yet - my provider has cut my speed and I'm switching in January to a faster and more reliable one... so I need some buffer to fall back on in case I mess up while downloading and get ejected from the site.

funny cause you're asking for upload credit while you don't even use the tracker... basically, you want people to buffer your account without doing anything...
