Afaik most hosts take credit card information before giving you access to the trial. Those ones tnt suggested might work though. If your looking to download something just buy an account, they are pretty cheap. You don't need a credit card. Sites like astraweb and giganews accept PayPal, there's also sites like newsdemon that'll take debit cards. I've even seen a few that let you send cash through the post :)
