when i download, the upload didn't work i don't know why i upload in other sites it is working fine but at tti the download is very good but the upload is little slow i don't know why and i have around 300 hour of seeding but only uploaded 5GB so what can i do else?

Why don't you try UpS's suggestion. It's really easy to become a pu in TTi

a user needs 50GB to become power user, and you say you need yet 45Gb up, meaning you only did 5Gb.
