If every post you make has to be validated by a mod, the it would say Moderation under your name... where it says n00b now.

Don't listen to any of these people. Every post IS moderated by a group of 12 mods. They are known and the Chairmen of the Mods.

They debate over each and every single post on this forum in lightning-quick fashion and decide which ones are approved and denied.

There are certain keywords which will put a new members posts in queue for moderation or approval in order to cut down on spam postings. Things like iPod, Nike, sale, etc are just example but the list is long. Sometimes legitimate posts are put in queue by default as well. One post of your posts included the word "freedom" so the anti-spam hack picked the "free" portion of the word and placed it in queue for moderator approval. It has been approved and is now visible just like any other post on the board.
