Well, I am currently looking for coders, and staff members so I can start a project of my own.
Coders: PM Me with what your good at, and how long you have done it. (Fake Login Page, and stuff like that)

Well if you don't have a good coder you can get busted by the RTA.
I advice you to invest a little bit if you don't want this awesome plan to backfire on you.

go pay xam for his source (if thats what you wanna call it) .. all set up and ready to go for ya (in a fashion)

otherwise u better start reading.. maybe start at the top of w3schools.com where it says

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

and work your way down :)

honestly you have very little chance of getting started without either paying or learning to do it yourself. There are people out there that will help with some coding problems for free on boards but they wont do it all for you.

If you wanna learn then start with tbdev source.. its basically the bare bones otherwise grab urself a premodded source or a custom source and cross your fingers

What sort of forum are you talking about here?
How is it different than other torrent related forums, which are plentiful nowadays? Why should people join your project?

Also, could you please elaborate on what makes you qualified to start a forum of your own?
