Failover IP - Two Utorrents

Read this thread for setting up two instances on utorrent.

17 - Go the speed setup as usual, after all done, go into
Options->Preferences->Advanced and set the following variables :
net.bind_ip
net.outgoing_ip
to your new IP address

I added the ip address here, But only the original IP works the new one doesnt work on the 2nd utorrent, it shows up with the same 2 ip addresses. Any help would be great!

you did follow the rest of the guide no? especially the "vi ifcfg-eth0:1" part?

On step 5. I get " No such file or directory" same things happens with step six. I did follow the prior setup to setup another user.

This is my error.
"-bash: cd: /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts: No such file or directory
