how to reach iPLAY support

Hey guys,

I'm trying to reach iPLAY support but f.e. I can't connect to irc.iplay.ro. Is there other options ?
I need to reset the password (recovery doesn't work for me because I didn't fill secret question and answer in my profile :frusty:).

Why can't you connect to their IRC? There should not be any kind of problem joining there

I don't what is the problem but when I'm trying to connect then "time out" showed up and that's all.
Is it possible that Lithuania IPs were blocked ?!

It can be because of blocked IPs. I have faced this problem with many irc servers.

there are not banned any class of ip's

So I don't understand why I can't connect to iPLAY irc server if there are no banned IPs ?!
I receive the error: "Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)"; or "Unable to connect to server (No Route to Host)"
COULD SOMEONE HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM ? PLEASE. ANY SUPPORT STAFF FROM iPLAY ?!

kindzius, even if you do manage to get onto there irc channel that is only half the battle because once you are on the
channel you will be waiting for hours, sometimes for several days straight to get a response there. To have a support
channel with nobody active online is not very efficient at all. :lol::lol::lol:

yep...you can wait like days to get an answer from irc...better try the email support...i think is faster
