its okish, support is expensive as they charge u for just about nething u cud imagine. Network is kinda nice..

28 days it took to get mine (but.. that was a year ago, so maybe they have improved.. but its not a myth) And that was with a 70Euro setup fee (i think that was it)..

This was quote from owner when i went through dispute with paypal

"Ususally 8 to 19 working days inworst case 30 days" quote with typos and all..

edit: Ahh.. i see they have setup times now on their website..

they have a 24 hour guarantee setup time now, and even if support may be a bit slow sometimes, if you know how to use the server you dont need the sopport..

i have ordered many servers from them ...

dedicated servers the setup time is pretty good always 1 - 2 working days. Dont order over weekends :)

support also is very good... and FREE most of the time...

one irritating thing is that they may ask a reinstall fee or datacenter access fee of 19 euros sometimes if something major needs to be done.

anyways the main reason to stick with them is the excellent BW.

Thank you. I've looked at almost every provider out
there and for the price/bandwidth, they seem like one
of the best right now for people in non OVH countries.
The servers I'm looking at have a 24 hour set up guarantee.

24 hour setup guarantee and almost a month with no server and no replies to questions of ETA. Second box with them and service has always been garbage. Speed is good just don't expect a timely setup.
