The think is that when they ban them they infact push them towards trading .. If they would have just banned his invites he wudnt have been able to do this anymore .. Invites are a privilage that can be removed(i knw membership is too) .. But seriously now who wud invite him once he tells everyone that he has been banned

If i remember correctly bitmetv said this invite is free of account consequences so I am allowed to invite anyone i want...

He is not pleading a case...He is a member there already. I think he should give you his email though....

Nobody is telling you to close the thread...They are just giving you advice. I hope that the person that you know nothing about and has provided you with possibly faked proofs pans out to be an awesome member! I'm not saying people have...It is a possibility though...
