Um yea I wasnt clear enough in my ques:
I dun want to disable properties...
I had a prog that added a menu item to the right-click menu of RB. That prog wouldnt uninstall from add\remove, so I removed manually. I was able to delete all regkeys and thus disable that proggy from all the other right click menus, but RB still has it...
it is THAT I want to remove. :)

Reinstall that troublesome program for real. Reboot a couple times. Try reinstalling the program first. It'll either give an option to uninstall & that'll work. Or after reinstalling, uninstalling through add/remove will work. Believe me this works 9/10x & is a lot easier & safer than editing one's registry.

if u have RegCleaner u can try uninstalling from the add/remove programs there. I've removed programs from that list that couldn't be removed through windows add/remove.

just a suggestion

ok, i think i have your solution, download a program called "total uninstall" it monitors your system when a program is being installed for everything up to reg entries to icon loacations, then use it to uninstall this program giving you issues

total uninstall (http://www.simtel.net/product.php?url_fb_product_page=61416)

You have to reinstall it all the way first. And then reboot twice. Then start to reinstall again. BUT DON'T. Usually you'll be given the option to repair the install or uninstall. Choose uninstall.

ok the best i can tell any extra entries in the right click of RB go in here

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\Shell\

Bwaha. Right after my post I solved it all.

The proggy DO have an uninstall, but it no shown in start menu.
When I double clicked Unwise, it said cannot open INSTALL.LOG file. I deleted that file, just to test. It allowed me to search for a file matching.
I made a new file, calling it Install.log instead of INSTALL.LOG, copypasted info from prev file, and Presto, I got rid of it. :D

So now all the shit is gone. I thank you all for your help. :D B)

Just curious why you'd confine your self to the start menu when looking for the uninstaller? Did you open the program folder through c:\Program Files\Program name ? That's where things like that are kept.

I always look in the start menu first....
