It was just a joke. And sure you can ask more, but about the tracker only, since I don't want anyone to ask me about e.g. the size of my shoes. Regarding .pl IPs - no, they're not banned. But they have their own forums, where they can ask for invites and what I want here is to give other people the opportunity to get into this tracker, one of the best from 0day trackers.
