I've been donating to Oxfam for nearly two years now and I feel it's time to select a different charity to start donating to for a while. However, I don't have a clue which one to pick.

Is any of you involved in any kind of charity work? Are you specifically partial to one organisation? I'm open to suggestions

Any money donations I make go to the Salvation Army. Material donations I vary between all the other charity shops. :)

Yeah they do those mini cigs. Their aim is one for each child in Africa. :smilie4:

How about the RSPCA? I always feel like it's something that should be done, especially seeing all of those ads on the TV..

I was thinking donating to a smaller charity this time. It'll probably be something specifically for kids though.

This one looks quite small.

You should probably shorten that to pentomato's bastards. It's catchier.

I think charity is quite a personal thing. Quite often your choice of charity is determined by real life experiences you or your friends and family have had.

That's why I don't feel it's right to recommend one based on my own experiences.
