Try going to their IRC if you aren't able to login for more than a week.

They started to clean the userbase more often. Inactive accounts are deleted. My friend's account was deleted after one week inactivity.

Yup, TTi doesn't wants people to hog the user slot so they are doing that just like a few other trackers.
