Help With Nero

Jesus I'm gettin p****d off with this! I dl Nero 6 demo from the site. All installed ok. So far so good. But it wont recognise my CD burner drive or even my DVD rom! all I get is "no Drives found" AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH. PC will go out with the rabbits soon! :D

Go to the nero site and get Nero 6 after uninstalling the crap you downloaded elsewhere. Then go looking for the orion keygen. If it still won't work, ther are drive recognition patches and updates at nero.

I did dl from the Nero site, all 3 packages. been looking at the help files and they say "go to the recorder menu and click on Autodetect CD ROM item" but there isn't such a choice on the list!. I will look for the drive patch as you said Balamm.

What CD rom drives are u using?

What i have found is that i think its my PC, it has disabled both my Hitachi DVD ROM and my Creative CD Burner, in the Device manager window they both have Question marks on them and no matter how often i uninstal and reinstal they both come up with "might have problems" and i do! I realise this topic should now go into the Hardware forum so please excuse me.

Disable them in device manager,Clear your CMOS and reboot.
