I think this has something to do with points but I'm not sure I can't read Hungarian.

Weekly:
Top 10000 seeder: 1 point
Top 1000 seeder: 2 points

Monthly:
Top 20000: 1 point
Top 1000: 2 points
Top 100: 3 points
Top 10: 4 points
And the first gets 5 points
BTW, in order to be able to send an invite you gotta have 10 points.
