well, that's not true. I don't think low upload speed is a problem to keep ratio in TL... indeed, I don't think to keep good ratio in TL is a problem at all, however shitty is your speedtest. IMO his problem is his activity here... or inactivity :ermm:

OP, IPT is a great tracker, with the same content of TL... why don't you look for a invite there? unfortunately free signups are over now, i'm afraid...
