I just tried to load ircspy.com and THIS (http://apps.webservicehost.com/apps/epa/epa?cid=nave9882&s=www.ircspy.com) come up...does it work for anyone else?

thats so weird, i thought it was onlyme that was having that screen on some sites. i thought it was some adware, but i ran spybot and it didnt get rid off it. i assume that it just means the site is down and when there is no site ie goes to that program that we must have downloaded to show there isnt a page.

ircspy.com is a site that searches the irc network for files. its a tool to find files on irc.
