I downloaded Win XP Corp SP1 Integrated (the one from Lamsey's post) and when I checked it with CDmage, it came up with errors from sector 4.500 and up. Every single sector from 4.500 and up have errors!!! :blink:
The thing is, I downloaded it with Shareaza which handles corruption.
So how come I got so many errors? :blink:

Is there something wrong with CDmage?
Can someone who downloaded this version and successfully installed it, check it for errors with CDmage?
It&#39;s just that I really don&#39;t trust this CDmage proggy... <_<

well i dled it, dint check it, but it works fine......... id just redl it if i were u, or get it off emule........

I downloaded it from Shareaza too, i also had corruption from 4,500 upwards - the problem is the Shareaza can&#39;t handle the corruption if the thing you&#39;ve downloaded is already corrupted

CDMage rebuild the image fine for me

Thanks. I was trying to &#39;Repair Corrupted Sectors&#39; instead of &#39;Rebuild Sector Fields&#39;.

That seems to wipe out all the errors. :D

But I was wondering, can those bad sectors be part of some CD copy protection? :unsure:
