I think the best tracker for IRC imo is PTN/gft. The best for INFORMATION is maybe sct, since it's very active... But half of the time you'll be shited on and called a homo there lol.

Information pours out when someone has a problem and needs help. People jump in trying to help him, and ends with everyone learning something.

For me the most informative irc is the ftn one. If you've got a question typically you'll recieve a decent answer. In regards to every bt irc, look for them to have gay innuendo back and forth between members 80% at the time.
