Windows Tutorial:

1. Load up Fdisk
2. Format all your partitions
3. Make a clean installation

Linux/Unix:

1. Log on as Super User or higher
2. rm -rf
3. Make a clean installation

I thought that the 30 day/5 post rule only applied to the invite/trade sections but if you can access everything else on the board shadow then that has to be the reason.
