Need help on how to make it work

ok ive been downloading torrents since they first came out
but i just discovered this so called NZB thingy
but idk how to get it to work
i got the program Unison but dont know how to download the files
im trying to get the episode of United States Of Tara the one thats 720p
but wen i double click it all that comes up is a list of supposed files but they arent downloading
do i need to set up a server of something
someone plz help me out
also im on a mac
help would be appreciated

None that I'm aware of.

Astraweb has some superb deals running right now though. That's what I would recommend at the moment.
