File Sharing News Groups

guys i wanted to expend my horizons on the file sharing front. I'd like to subsribe to file sharing news groups. I am sure some of you have some good ones. Would you mind posting some to get me started?

do you have access to a newsgroup service (either paid or through your isp)?
if not, you can't really get any good binary posts

also, what kind of stuff you looking for?
