#Tracers on p2p.eu aint a secret, and from what I have seen it's pretty good (although I don't give a flying fuck about pre's lol).

its difficult to find the pre times...these days ....IRC have been implemented on their own servers or getting a servers for only IRC.....

well if you are on scc they have one that any user can access, bmtv also have a decent one, as well of course as the #pre channel in p2p-net.eu

reading through this thread i am somewhat confused thought whether you want to see results for which trackers get scene material first (tracers channel) or when scene material is pre'd (a pre channel)
