See this thread: http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/f-seedbox-discussion-154/t-naqs-complete-setup-guide-linux-seedboxes-fedora-corecentosdebianubuntu-281331/?&highlight=NAQS+guide

If you follow it you'll have it set up in a pinch.

Read it millions of times. Have errors during setup so nothing to do.

If you can switch it to debian or Centos. The guide supports those OS's the best.

just one question, why don't you want to run ktorrent on your box ?
installing utorrent means you will have to install wine in advance to emulate Windows runtime environment.

Yesterday, I try to install utorrent into ubuntu.. I found out that vncserver is not included in the resp. So, I reformatted to Db.. And all run smoothly. PM me if you want help.

its the easiest thing in the world:

1- go to http://www.winehq.org/download/deb and follow they very simple instructions on installing wine

2- open firefox and go to http://utorrent.com/download.php and download and install utorrent like you would on windows

thats all.

As above its so easy.
another way
open putty up and type sudo apt-get install wine
open firefox on your desktop go to utorrent.com download utorrent.exe file to the desktop.
right click it open with wine.
job done :-)
