Microsoft Joystick Software

I've just buy a second hand big awesome microsoft joystick named "Microsoft Side Winder Precision Pro", but the problem is that the software isn't instalable on my pc (I got XP, and the software is windows95 workable with.)

What should I do ?

I bought a brand new micrososft sidewinder not too long ago and it absolutely would not work with my XP machine.I took it back (after I cloned the game included with it of course) and bought a logitech.The logitech drivers loaded perfect.
