1. create a new shortcut on your desktop
2. when it prompts you for the location, copy and paste this:
%windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
3. Right click the shortcut, choose properties
4. Set the shortcut key to something simple like F1
5. Make the shortcut hidden.

Good tip, if you want to restart your computer or just shut it down you can use these shortcuts too.
to restart: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\shutdown.exe -r -t 01
to shutdown: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\shutdown.exe -s -t 01
