You should apply to their forum. Afaik they try to renew their invitation rules and invites are given out according to one's forum activity only.
So, just try searching their forum, if you really a Chinese.

I can't reg. there. The forum closed for new member. You are right. If you are the member in their forum ,then you can post there to get points. If you get enough points, you will be invited.
