unconnectable

I recently started using seedbox. Everything was going fine, but once I deleted a rss feed, utorrent gave a crash message. It restarted fine, but since I a getting unconnectable error(red icon at the bottom). Speed now sux.:(
Anyone has any idea to change it? I dont know crap about seedbox. Any help would be appreciated.:ermm:
It is a shared box, I have the vnc,webui and ftp access.

It's on your side, check if your firewall is not blocking utorrent and go to portforward.com if you've never forwarded your ports.

I have access to vnc only, how can I check the firewall?

my advice just change your utorrent port,through vnc...
or you can simply quit utorrent for 5 minutes and after open it,that should do the trick

yes i totally agree here, just switch to a diff port, the icon may turn either green or yellow but will be forwarded correctly.
