It was amazingly similar except the acting was better in mine.

Well, that's not the one "Bay" was quoted saying that he was releasing (info from Bay's own forum), that his "next" trailer would show "20" different robots and would 'spoil' the movie, so there should be another one coming, soon ;)

Since Steven Spielberg is the producer of this movie too i bet it's as good as the first one. Totally worth watching thou not really a 8 or anything, more like a 7 but like i said, totally worth the time if u have nothing else to spend it on, and with Shia LaBeouf as the main character it's also a +

just finished watching this and it was great! there's just mad explosions in this. i think anything and everything that could blow up did. megan fox looked astonishing & isabel lucas isn't sumthing to kick out of the bed either... unless it's to fuck her on the floor.

can't wait to get myself a HD personal copy of this. i gotta see it with the detail up close & personal. looking forward to the 3rd sequel. dinobots anyone? very pleased. must see if ya liked the 1st one. 9.5/10

I was so looking forward to watch this movie...
Watched it yesterday and man was it a disappointment! :(
Here is a quick review:
+ Awesome CGI (graphics)
+ Nice storyline twists
- Too long Robot fights ... (There were practically around 40 mins of non-stop fight between the two bot-groups. During the 1st 15 mins or so, it really was awesome but then it continued ... and continued ... God! I was actually beginning to fall asleep at that time. A friend of mine who is a transformer fan since he was little was actually asleep lol! :P Luckily an abrupt storyline twist brought me back - the death of someone)
- Robots on these long fights is really hard to distinguish. Someone beside actually shouted "Who is that? Who is winning?"

Overall, the movie has great graphics and storyline. But the screen-time of 2 1/2 hour ruined the experience.

They should have made the fights a little bit shorter :( !
