linuxtracker.org is the best in content!!
but this plus tuxdistro and linuxmafia have distros that u can find on ftp sites, from where u take them with a greater speed and no need for seed back!
enterprise distros (wich require money like windows) do u can get them from some non-specialzed sites. the best is torrents.ru .. is not need for russian.. u search it.. download.. and seed...

i use tuxdistro. you get a monthly news letter from them too with the new releases which i like.

you can normally get the disto faster from torrent sites then the developers ftp sites, which lucifer might have been eluding to. remember not all trackers are used for piracy, torrenting is widely used p2p protocol and a pretty quick on at that, so thats why people set up these trackers.

tuxdistro is quite good, but besides there are only free distros, there are just a part of the releases of a certain distribution u can get from ftp sites!!
i don't know what kind of connection u have, but i take stuff from ftp 3 time faster than bittorrent sites!!

Y'all might want to look into distrowatch.com for an easy way to look at news about linux and which distros are most popular.

Every distro mentioned there has useful links, such as distro main page, download links, etc. From there you can find ways to download via HTTP, FTP, and BT for most main distros.

Hope this helps!

Save yourself the time and just look them up on repositories, everything is open source anyway.
