Don't know how you couldnt...it works fine for me...though I hear not to good on 98. Just install, enter server on The All Seeing Eye, the mta box pops up, start vice city, click new game, then your in.... Can't wait for version 0.2 with character selection, more vehichles, different spawn points, and of course passangers! :D

I did not really fight with it too much, it just gave me a launch error the first time, so i said f it, cuz i heard it was shit and I am terrible at games, so online is not my thing.

Sorry for my previous post very unconstructive. The one downside that i did find was that I could start a normal game after I installed it it would kudt load to what I guess is the multiplayer but it was just me no vehicles no nothing.
