Alot of public trackers have those e.g [Torrent Tatty™]s TOP 125 Hot-Singles -Billboard -charts which are released every month,there is also a guy who does UKs top 40 singles on demonoid,i think every month...

In that case, demonoid has exactly what you're looking for. Just search for top 40 under the music filter.
