Hi anyone,

I'm new to this and wanted to know what I might be doing wrong or forgetting to do. I've downloaded a movie( avi - file) and it seems to be playing according to the counter, but no sound or video. I've downloaded Divx Codec and other codec, but unable to play anything.

Can someone help me through this.

try unistalling all the other codecs and install kazaa codec pack that might work

well if it playes in videolan (http://www.videolan.org) then its a codec problem
are just play it in videolan
