vista problem???

I have a problem with vista:(My computer's properties doesn't appear and i can't acces to windows update.How can i fix this problem?Help me plzz!!

Download and scan with the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (http://dnl-us6.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/AVPTool/), then get SuperAntiSpyware (http://www.download.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html) (SAS) and install, update & scan with that, too.
One they've finished finding anything nasty, go into SAS config, select the Repairs tab and perform all the repairs it offers.
Spybot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html) is also good at detecting and correcting malicious system settings.

These are free and they all work so there's no excuse.
