I can't delete a file!! Wierd. It's not used, and I turned off internet, but it still says it's being used?? wtf?

try deleting the file through nero

well first go to the taskbar and try to close the process of apps that could be using it, then try. if that doesnt work end the process of explorer and go to new task. the little browser should come up so choose the file and right click delete. to bring the explorer back on just type explorer. if that doesnt work then just turn of ur pc and turn back on.
