What Is This? Is It Spyware?

I just noticed that a tskmgr32.exe is in my startup list when i did a msconfig in the run option....and i cant rem if its been there before... it says its located in my

c:\program files\internet explorer dir

Please help as i dont wana remove it incase it aint spyware...oh am usin Win98SE

taskmgr is a your taskmanger but the 32 at the end should not be there as far as i know so im thinkng virus, trojan or spyware.

and symantec seem to agree with me. here (http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/[email protected])
its amazing what a gogle search can find in seconds. ;)
