Well i got a problem again the nocd patch dosent seam to be working


after the intro to vice city is ask to put the cd in what am i doing worng

I beleive that the crack for VC still requires the CD it just takes of the security check.

And i used to own the game til my friend smashed the install disk, then i got a virus form the no-cd patch and it ruined me...:(
So now im on an urgless adventure lookin for a vice city game for my own needs...:( ( im not bothered spendin more money on the game aswell..lol )

Well I think I know why...


When you were installing did you choose not to install the music stations to your hard drive? If you chose not to then that means it will read from the cd. Wich means its going to be looking for those audio files....

Its how it was with gta 3. Even with a no cd crack it has to read those files to start...


You may be able to make some fake files and name them the right name and put it in the audio folder...

Like VROCK......Nevermind I just realised thier in srm or something format....

Well all I can think of is that you didn't choose to install music to hard drive and now it needs to read it off the cd....

if u d/led game then there is a crack in it 1st copy paste the crack then d/l another crack and overwrite the old crack

i had same problem but dont worry use another crack it will work without cd or if didnt work then mount ur image with cdrwin, but it should work with a simple crack i have it and iam using it without
