this is exactly my case, though not an actual screenshot of it, just from some other guy.
its layout ist extremely similar to mine, even the neons (which are switched off, btw). instead the bequiet! sticker, it has a huge LANPARTY wings sticker that came with one of my former DFI boards.
On top of it i've a watercooling radiator.

I have the Silverstone TJ-07
http://resources.vr-zone.com/John/tj07/tj07-1.jpg

And the Antec 900 (retired ATM)

And the Thermaltake DH-102
http://physio.mentel.tv/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/thermaltake-dh-102-htpc-with-seven-inch-touchscreen.jpg

All three are amazing cases all have served me well for my various uses. I would recommend any of them ;)

@Cabalo get some screens of yours man, How's the cable management in there?

"cable management" lol :blushing: more like "cable disarrangement"
It looks like a pig's tie, i haven't had much patience lately to rearrange it, since i changed mobo (several months ago).
when you overclock and change hardware as often as i do, you get lazy to rearrange shit... :blushing:

it's pretty quiet mostly due to the watercooling. except when i play and the HD4870 fans start running to the max. those can be quite noisy.
and to imagine that i intend to do crossfire soon with 2x HD4870. i will have to wear ear tampons :D

Well if there is anyone who changes HW more than I do I'd love to see it ;). And there's no reason to be lazy man just when you re-do the rig take an extra 5 min and fix those cables up. Again I'd like to see you're WC loop so stop being a lazy ass and take some pics :P

I got the Antec Nine Hundred
http://www.alinx.ca/itemdetail.asp?ItemID=10748

I love it but there are three niggles for me...
Cable management isn't easy when there's nowhere to hide the cables; I'd like to have hidden them behind the drive bays but there's just no access there.
My cooler is so damned big I can't put another 120mm fan on the side panel.
The installed fans all connect through molex with a 3 position speed switch. Couldn't they have done it properly with fan header connectors; they'd be more controllable, too.

Agreed about the fans, but what cooler do you have that prevented you from installing a side fan? I had the Enzotech extreme X and I still had a side fan with that monster.

My favorite feature of the Antec series is a cross between the sound plugs right on the top and the front bevel as I just run my hands up the case and dust bunnies be gone .

My boys play games online , so headphones and mike are easy but one plug switch and my speakers are blaring . It really is quiet tho even with all the fans running .

I think I'm only regret is I have it hidden in my desk and can't show it off . What with that spare Illudiam Q-42 space modulator that I have lying around .:whistling

I currently have the Antec 900. This is my first build and I really liked the Antec 900 and I was really satisfied when I got the case. It's nice and big and the airflow is great.

Right now Sprocket lives in a Silverstone TJ-06.
I have a TJ-07 sitting on a shelf next to an Apple G5 case.

Recently I've been looking more seriously at the Apple and may get medieval on it's ass any day now.

Were I in the market for another case, I'd move heaven and earth to reacquire a Coolermaster Stacker STC-T01- the original version, in black- which is still the most versatile enclosure I've ever worked with.

I went cheap, since I got luck and got about $400..so I went with a barebones kit and just added the rest...better than my 8 year old Dell that's for sure.

Had to upgrade the powersupply though, the graphics card I ordered without paying attention to the connections...same with the motherboard, I didn't pay attention and didn't PCI E 2.0, but I can live with out it...

Antec cases seem to be very popular, I'm thinking of getting one when I buy a new computer. My current case is a random Aspire one.

The antec 900 is one of the best and most popular especially if you catch it on sale ;)

Has anyone had any experience with the Antec 902 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129058) at all?

I also have an Antec 1200. Love it. Was going to get a 900 when I sorted my new rig late last year but in the end the extra features of the 1200 - dust filters, proper external fan speed switches etc, and the extra size, won me over. Its a brilliant case, probably not to everyone's taste in terms of looks, but I've not come across anything with better airflow (I saw it came top for cooling in a massive chassis test one of the pc mags did, custompc possibly) and features for the price.

it's expensive as mid-tower case.
people prefer to go with Antec 1200. because it has better cooling and cable management supposedly.

Yeah but its also a full size case so it's huge.

Meh, if you've got a case with rubbish airflow and design housing top-line components you need your head examining. Crap cases are noisy, hard to work in etc, and help toast everything inside. When you see the differences in thermal imaging pics between cases (with the same parts inside) you can see that if you've got a good quality (esp. gaming) rig you really should have a good quality tower.

And yeah, as said above, the antec 1200 is flipping enormous and weighs a ton. Its got many plus points, but subtelty isn't one of them. :)

Keep telling yourself that ;) It's simply not true besides the points listed above which are all valid. Have some style man.

Having a crappy case is a cool style, if it wasn't for the reasons that were listed above like bad air flowing etc I would definitely use an old crappy one

I've got an old Antec for my personal computer. It might be beige when the current trend is black, but it's got 3 fans in front and 2 in back plus the PSU fan, so it's got pretty good airflow. Its first cpu was an AMD Athlon XP 2100 and it's current got a C2D E8400 in it (and had an Ahtlon XP 3000 and Athlon X2 3800 in between). For the last computer I made, an HTPC, I used an Antec 300. Well-made, cheap, minimalist, quiet (if you block the side hole) and also has good airflow.

I love my Lian Li. It has soo much room inside of it. Which I needed for my water cooling. I have pushed it to the limit and it stays nice and cold.. :D

Here is a really old picture, its basically the same now.
