Whoever owns it is going to hell!

Boiler stopped working properly around the middle of December. We had about 10 housevisits between then and the middle of January. The thing worked, hesitantly, between then and the middle of January by which time they had 'accidentally' sent us 6 invoices.
Broke down again when we came back from holiday the first week of February. 3 visit today. cheeky bastards sent us a final payment reminder for the original invoice. They are claiming this is a different fault.

They'll get all the free heating they need in hell. That'll be heaven to them, Shirley.

If you have cover.. why are you getting invoiced?

It's one of those things were you pay £2 a month and if anything breaks you pay 1 fixed fee, regardless of how many parts or visits are needed.

OIC... Insurance cover that you pay for but get nothing back.. State Normal in the British Market then.

LOL. Pretty much. Well, to be honest, we had someone out on Boxing day and the 2nd of January plus a few evening visits. If I'd gone private I'd have had to sell a kidney by now. And chop off a leg to throw on the fire as well.

I could see that would be difficult, considering you did it last year...

Boiler would also be fixed. :whistling

That makes no scents?

Scottish gas makes for funny-sounding farts, I hear.

(See what I did there)
