Nero is the favorite prog here at the board... But I like RecordNow MAX (http://www.stompinc.com/recordnowmax/rnmx-retail.phtml). Search for it in Kazaa Lite....

CloneCD is the best for making 1:1 copies.
For almost all other software burning jobs, I like Alcohol 120% the best.

If you are going CD to CD 1:1 deffinetly use clonecd. Nothing copys protection like clonecd.

For images I am now officially swayed to alchohol if you have a .cue, if not I dont bother with making one and just use CDRwin.

Nero is only good for .nrg and video Cd's.

Blindwrite is all around terrible unless it is whatever format that it uses.

Negative to clonecd it does have alot of compatibiliy issues, check the listin release notes and make sure that your is not on it.

sorry, I just reread I see what you mean.

Clonecd is not compatible with a lot of CD burners (all HP's and some more.) I do not know what the problem that you had was, or what caused it but this was just something i threw out there.

Checked the release notes in the help file, there is a list there to see if your drive is compatible.

[/end thread jack]

yep clone cd is the easyest, 1 button deal, whit blind wright you need to play around
might have to upgread firmware on your cdr

really look into blind write thoe
more options, and copys the copy prection
for everthing else I use nero as its the best overall burning app
all fullly list on that link, nice site carries alot ;)

Nero is by far the most reliable and most powerful burning software.
However if you are handling copy protected CDs, your best choices would be either Alcohol 120% or CloneCD (sadly no longer among us :( )

Nero does not support accurate backups of copy protected CDs, only because it doesn't want to. If it did, it would be taken down for copyright infringement just like CloneCD (f*cking DMCA  ).

Nero is the emperor! :D

PS: Easy Coaster Creator doesn't even support bin/cue files!!!
