Getting Music Off A Website And Onto A Cd

How do I save this to disk?
How do I share it?
How do I burn it to cd?

its a rm file, it seems like a straight right click and download situation.

if not this (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=streambox+vcr+suite&spell=1) will download it.

When I "save target" it saves on my computer as a 1kb ram file
