I played the game and... well... it's resident evil... nice as always. But this time I really missed a side and/or back dodges =/

Well, don't know how true it is, and I can see them bringing it to PC...



We all knew, didn't we? Sure as eggs is eggs and God made little kittens, Resident Evil 5 was going to shamble on to the PC. Capcom did keep us hanging on,though - evading the issue like a Spec. Ops agent dodging an animated corpse.

But today, thanks to an otherwise unrelated post about Street Fighter IV, Capcom seem to have not only confirmed a PC port but to have dated its release.

Look there - at the bottom of MCV's SFIV UK Release coverage are the words 'Resident Evil 5 – PS3, 360, PC – March 13th', just nestling there like a diamond in the rough. Oh Capcom, you shouldn't have.


The collectors edition is like $80 might as well bought the collectors Xbox360 while you were at it :lol: I'll buy the normal version, it's non-sense to buy the collectors.

I agree. I bought the collector's edition to re-sell on eBay since these are supposed to be limited like the SFIV CE's. :happy: And now that I know Capcom is releasing it for PC, I'll feel even better about it. Street Fighter 4 has already been confirmed for PC also so that makes a Resident Evil 5 appearance on the PC more credible.

Not really, it's more like the money aspect. If the console maker wanted to, like Microsoft, they could make certain stuff exclusive, just like the Fallout 3 DLC's and GTA IV download content (more like a new game mind you)...so no.

I just bought it today and I am in love with it. I liked 4 so much I finished the game numerous times, so I was really hoping 5 was going to be just as good. And so far it is. The zombies in this game are a lot more aggressive than they were in 4. That first ambush you get into is pretty intense.
